Please take time to read the conditions below:

  • Sunday Training 10am to 12pm
  • A club committee member will act as Covid 19 co-ordinator at each session.
  • Initial sessions will include a Ski MK Marshall to ensure social distancing of racers on the slope and cleaning of SMK equipment in accordance with the risk assessment.
  • Ski Club Quota is 20 Racers.  Ratio of 5 Racers to 1 Coach.  (Slope capacity is 60)
  • Due to reduced quota, racers will only be permitted to train on either a Sunday or a Tuesday
  • Groups will be mixed ages 
  • Initial return to ski sessions will be based around drills and skills and may include carrots and stubbies.  Full gates may not be incorporated into training sessions for several weeks.
  • In the interest of fairness, bookings will be on a first come first served basis
  • Confirmed bookings must be paid for within 15 minutes or the place will be allocated to the next racer on the list and the place cancelled.  You can use any credits you may have on your account to cover payment.  Due to limited availability and expected demand, bookings are non refundable within 7 days of the event taking place.
  • Snozone will not be providing a slope pass booking service at the front desk.  Slope pass bookings must be made by telephone tel: 0333 003 0520.  DO NOT BOOK YOUR SNOZONE PASS UNTIL YOUR PLACE ON THE TRAINING SESSION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.  We will be sharing details with Snozone of the racers who have confirmed places on the training session in line with our GDPR policy.  Snozone terms and conditions of booking apply.
  • There will be a waiting list.  Racers on the waiting list will be given preference for the subsequent training sessions taking place on Tuesday or Sunday
  • Should the number of racers on the waiting list exceed the available quota to train over the initial two Sunday and Tuesday dates, these racers will be given priority on subsequent training dates.

In addition to the above, there are other conditions racers must meet in order to ensure racers, coaches, Snozone staff and members of the public are kept safe and risks associated with Covid 19 minimised.

Please read these carefully and ensure you are able to fully comply with the criteria set out before booking onto the training session.  Booking onto a training sessions assumes you have fully read, understood and will comply with the information set out above and in the documents noted below.
