Waiting list for ALL age groups.
The 'waiting list' is used to bring to the attention of the Training Session Events Co-Ordinator that additional coaching staff may be required to allow all the members who want to train the opportunity to train. The Training Session Events Co-ordinator reviews the athletes on the waiting list and in conjunction with the coaches may adjust the groups to reflect ability rather than age, add an additional athlete if the increased ratio will not affect quality of the session / ability of the coach to assess and feedback or arrange for an additional coaches if numbers permit. You will be contacted once any changes are made.
It is therefore important if you are looking to train and your age group category is full, to add your name to the waiting list.
There will be times, where it is not possible to accommodate those listed on the waiting list, but this is rare.
